Last Updated: [Launch Date]

This Privacy Policy explains how Evolve & Grow Studio LLC ("Evolve & Grow," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit evolvegrow.org (the "Site"), book a conversation with us, contact us by email, or interact with us on LinkedIn.

Evolve & Grow is a CEO advisory firm. We work with business leaders, not consumers, and we collect only the information we need to respond to you and to run our practice.

1. What This Policy Covers

This Policy applies to the Site and to communications that come to us through it.

It does not apply to:

The CEO Express Check-Up™. The Express Check-Up runs on a separate application and has its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which you accept before submitting it. That Policy governs everything you enter in the Express Check-Up.

Advisory engagements. Information you share during the CEO FITness Check-Up™, the CEO FITness Journey™, a CEO FITness Sprint™, or any other paid engagement is governed by the confidentiality terms of your written engagement agreement with us.

Third-party services. Websites and services we link to, such as Zoom, LinkedIn, and erikmusalem.com, are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • When you book a conversation, our scheduling service collects your name, email address, the time you select, and anything you choose to write in the booking notes.

  • When you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message, such as your company, title, and the reason you are getting in touch.

  • When you register for or ask about CEO Education offerings, such as the book OUTGROWN, an Aristotelian Walk, or a CEO Retreat, we collect the details needed to respond and, where applicable, to register you. [Confirm the registration or pre-order method once it is live.]

Information collected automatically

  • When you visit the Site, our website platform automatically collects limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies, described in Section 6.

Information from other sources

  • We may receive your name and contact details from a person who refers you to us, or from your public professional profile, such as LinkedIn, when you connect with us there.

Please do not send us confidential business information, trade secrets, material nonpublic information, or sensitive personal information about yourself or others before an engagement agreement is in place. A first conversation is not covered by engagement confidentiality terms.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies that our website platform needs to operate, keep the Site secure, and remember your cookie preferences. These are strictly necessary and cannot be switched off.

[If analytics are installed:] We also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are visited most. These cookies are only set with your consent where the law requires it, and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy:
